She looks like an interesting character, but how is she so far as the other games (BG2EE, ToB, SoD & Black Pits)? Can she be imported with party?

If you play normal EET game, your party will transit with you from BG1 part into initial SoD (the part where you finish what remained of Sarevok). You then separate from your party for a while and will be able to recruit them (or other party members) for the next episode. Who is there and who is not depends on the individual NPC and his/her story. A pure BGEE character like Tenya will not re-appear in later parts of the game.

Of course you can cheat any NPC into other parts of the game but they will have no dialogues/plots etc anymore, just a thrall in a party slot.

Just wondered why you made her grow to the size of an adult when she joins the party, or is it another mod that makes her do that?

I bet that's because of the lack of casting/combat animations for the child model.
