Second quest won't progress.

First I'd like to say so far I enjoy the mod quite well, but I seem to have trouble with the second quest progressing.

After meeting with the Tyran priest and doing the investigation, I talk to the prisoner/smuggler and go to get the liquor, talk to Thumb, then talk to the other smuggler. After that I went and talk to Qar Jysstev, but after getting the financial records... nothing happens. I can't go to the priest with anything other than speculation that Alim is covering for someone.

If I talk to Qar then the dialogue to get Quentin's financial documents start over. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Yeah, if Qar's dialogue is repeating, it sounds like something is bugged. Isra should talk to you as soon as you leave the Jysstev Estate.

If you set the global variable "rh#QarTalks" to 3 manually, you should be able to trigger Isra's talk and continue.

This worked like a charm, thank you for the quick response.

For those having a similar problem, it's opening the console and typing: "SetGlobal("RH#QarTalks", "GLOBAL", 3)"

Thanks again for the great mod; and I'm looking forward to finishing it now

Hi Everyone

I have also stuck at this point like other players

Spoke to Taren in a government building, got accounting book from Qar (?) Jysstev, found out (in Sea's bounty) that Alim might be involved with some woman, brought ale to Alim.

Now Alim immediately tells me to get lost and Jysstev repeats the same dialogue (I can get infinite accounting books from him that way).

Now i put in console CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("RH#QarTalks", "GLOBAL", 3) but Isra talked to me she is sorry she have not good relationships with her family (i think it is old talk)

Still no one of them wants to talk to me. Where to go next ? I got back to taren and accused someone but he told me i need a proof, I have lot of these financial state books , also have Gelion financial Statement but i think it is from previous quest.

I hope i will not ruined Isra lovetalks and romance because of setting manually Console:SetGlobal("RH#QarTalks", "GLOBAL", 3)

I would be happy someone give me a clue

I know this thread is years old but I'll try anyway -

Anybody know what I'm supposed to do in the Government District to progress the story? I'm supposed to be looking for some Cowled Wizard but the only one I can find has nothing to say about Isra, he's a Bioware NPC connected to the Valygar quest. You guys were talking about some Tyran priest? Some Taren in a government building? I haven't seen either of these guys in my game. Is this a bug?
