[Onigami]

Got this error while attempting a new installation, I'm not installing a lot of mods and this happened the last time I did the installation. I just wanted to try again and see if it would work, needless to say; it's not.

 

I'd appreciate any help resolving this issue.

You shouldn't be getting any such errors, but v2 is a pretty old version.  You might want to try v3 + hotfixes, or if you're feeling adventurous, the beta for v4, which is pretty much ready for release.

Downloaded the archive and it worked, thanks much! It didn't have an .exe so I copy/pasted the files.

How old BWP/BWS are you using Onigami... the BWP's version 14.1 (.pdf) used the Item_Rev v3.1 Beta 1.14 ... and that's very old.
