So I was in the middle of the Illithid city when Aidan sauntered up and accused me of being a foul jerk for keeping his mace. The quest now shows as compete, with my character - a paladin, BTW, being a real jerk in the journal.
The guy's been waiting thousands of years, he can't wait just a few more days until I can escape from the Underdark? What a jerk!
Srsly though, what gives, and is there anything I can do?
