I think that walkthrough might be little outdated.

You are playing BGT game so AR2800 is wrong areacode.

You need to be at chapter 6 and then:

It's quest of Vault mod.

You don't need to talk to Priest of Gond again (one time is enough) and don't need to talk to any diviner.

Do as journal entry says:

I seek out, the Vault, a store of wealth and treasure hidden away somewhere in the Sword Coast, surrounded by water and apparently accessible only when these waters are calmed. It would probably be best to head west, since the Sea of Swords is the most logical place to start. If only I had even the fraction of divination the priest had hinted at.

If you don't want to search check this:

how is the vault? I mean, what does it contain? Judging by the quest log it should have treasures D:

Low hung brow, dazed look on your face..... It appears that you are correct, my friend. You are indeed a complete imbecile.

Well, my dreams are pretty small... so a +20 sword is a normal thing. So it's surely there, right ?

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

My only problem is that I have to replay baldur's gate 1, and I don't want to :(

I don't know how it works when you CLUAConsole there.

So why not CLUA to the area before the entrance to the Vault... it's a BG1 area(the third, that's the BGT column), which I don't have a clue. :D

Only way to enter Vault is that Vault Sentry teleports you there from Bear River. You can't access Vault any other way.
