If you want heavily modified PC game;

Use the BWS.

And now in the joyful moment in time, The Imp quotes his own post in the third person:

Is this heavy modding?

Well, if we look at the facts, there's ~20 mods, one being the BGT, others being BG1 mods made specifically to work with BGT in the BG2 engine... it is already there. The add the BWS's fixes and. YES.. obviously.

I also need help with installation of mods. Because I just recently bought copies of original Baldurs Gate 1 & 2 from GoG. What confuses me is the mod installations, the "in-order" cause man I don't have any ideas.

Then just download the BWS, the bws_20140619.exe should be the most up to date, and then just run it, extract it to a folder you intent to keep, if memory serves it runs the .vbs file, and then you just follow the instructions given around the interface.

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

Some mods can be installed safely if you already have a game going, while others either won't affect a saved game, or may mess things up. It depends on the mod; most mods have that information in their readme files. It's always safest to install everything you want before starting a new game.

Working and playing on a Mac Pro 6,1 running Mac OS X 10.13.6 High Sierra, and a Mac Pro 3,1 running Mac OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan.

~Buion na 'ell! I serve with joy! Your eyes and ears I shall be. Let us hunt together!~
- Erysseril Gwaethorien: a joinable, romanceable NPC mod for BGII - SoA/ToB, in sporadic development.

A female elf warrior of nature and a Bhaalspawn cross paths during their quests, joining forces to share adventure and companionship. Will they find more?

There's only the devil that is the Imp, be wary of his advice it only applies to Personal Computers that use "Windows" and not to the Macintosh, for the floor is of blood, sweat and tears.

K, that went fast, too far perhaps, but it's true, mostly.

Thanks for hearing my plea....hopefully it will bring me to the doors of enlightenment and not into the darkness of the void.
