If you're not aware, in Ascension, Bosslissan offers Sarevok the option to turn- including offering to cancel the geas if it's been put on him.  Traditonally, if Sarevok is good, he goes 'lolnope', if Sarevok is evil and you're evil, he basically tells her he's had better offers, but in any other case, he flips.  As this mod doesn't change Sarevok's alignment, then you could be in the position of romancing Sarevok, even intending to go down the godhood path, and still have Sarevok go traitor on you if the mods aren't designed to go together.

 

So, I must ask, are they?  Does the Sarevok Romance mod 'notice' Ascension and change the triggers, or will I have to run without Ascension?

I'm no expert at this, so don't take my word for it, but digging through the dialogue files, I didn't see a trigger for an active romance path. So I'm inclined to say no.

 

I suppose if you wanted to play with Ascension you could lower the difficulty to less than normal before the conversation (since Sarevok will stay with you in that case), then immediately change it back when the fight starts.
