Wow, this is horrendous lol. I've analyzed the RAR attachments that have been corrupted. In all of the ones I have tested, a single byte was inserted at the very beginning of the file. The byte is "0A" or 0x0A. WinRAR's "Repair Archive" feature seems to work.
