I keep getting this problem. My install just ends with a blinking cursor right after the line, 
"skipping RPG-KP:setup does not exist." No error is listed it just stops.

Installed BWP more than a few times recently, and with success. I am doing everything the same way as before.
Cold this be from using "Unfinishedbusiness v21?" That is all that is different.
 
I have run into this problem 3 times now with various different configurations. The latest being a tactics install,
the other two were "Recommended."  
Any help would be appreciated greatly.  
I assume that "RPG-KP" is the "RPG Dungeon Kit pack." If that even has anything to do with the problem.

I ran into the same issue last night, with the expert installation. I ended up commenting out the lines mentioning "rpg-kp" in the Install batch file and the installation was successfully completed.

There ws just a small typo. It's fixed now.
