Anyone know why i get this error during install?

ERROR: No translation provided for @146
ERROR: parsing [tb#compile_patches/AC_QUEST/D/ACQ16000.D]: Not_found
ERROR: compiling [AC_QUEST/D/ACQ16000.D]!
ERROR: Not_found
Ascalon's Questpack: Content for BG 1 (Ascalons Questpack) was not installed due to errors.ERROR: No translation provided for @146

I checked file ACQ16000.D - it is in the folder and there actually are no actions for @146 - i tried adding @146(with some random text) to english translation but then i got same error with @147

In spoiler content of Debug file
Spoiler

EDIT
After adding @146 and @147 with random text to english translation mod installed (but the problem is that in german translation there is no @146 or @147 either)

EDIT AGAIN

Another error:

NOT INSTALLED DUE TO ERRORS Garrick : Tales of a troubadour

C:\gry\Baldur's Gate II>

ERROR: Failure("resolve")
Garrick: Tales of a troubadour (Garrick - Tales of a Troubadour) was not installed due to errors.

Skipped this will report if i have any next findings

Another one is:

ERROR: BIFF [./DATA/AREA000C.BIF] cannot be loaded: Unix.Unix_error(20, "stat", "./DATA/AREA000C.BIF")
ERROR: Failure("resource [AR0042.mos] not found for 'COPY'")
AjocMod Weidu (Ajoc's Minimod) was not installed due to errors.

Edit:
Hm it seems that some mod during the instalation did bif my areas ( i have big world trimpack as a choice so no mods should do biffing during install...) - after game reinstall i have those files in data directory(i did not when i searched during install). If it will happen again is there a way to unbiff areas?

Use the newest release: https://github.com/w...ag/2.00b_150205

There is @146 and @147 there.

Use the newest ... github

I know that's a github thing, but is there no way to change the archive name: Source code (zip) to be anything else than a freakingly misleading label for the actual mod archive ?

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

BWS is already uses the latest version of Ascalons Questpack and so I think the problem in BW Textpack which replaces the mod files its own.

Just fixed, download a new version of BWS.

Yes! New release! Looks like a good weekend this :D Thanks everyone.

A question: have you (BWS guys) seen this note about questpack? http://www.shsforums...wpv14/?p=575816

I guess it should be installed after UB like the readme states and Leonardo just overlooked this detail. Maybe the BWS can fix this in the meanwhile?

How did you fix this? Does BWS restore the original mod's files?

It deletes the files from the BWP Textpack.
So the Textpack will not patch WAs version at all.

THINK! - It's not illegal.

The Big World Textpack, which is installed with the BWS, provides unofficial translations to some mods. The textpack replaces files when it processes the mods it touches. Ascalons questpack had one such translation by Nightfarer. Now, the mod was updated with own translation and the Textpack has to be updated to not touch this mod, or it would obviously cause problems. I'm guessing Quiet did something to that effect :)

Very cool! Would you please do this (if it is not implemented yet) for Gavin BG1 mod v9 beta with the german translation that is in the German Textpack?

Done. So now mod is not available in German as it is only partially translated?

Thank you!

Gavin BG1 v9 beta has a part German translation that can be installed as an own langauge version. Reason for the part German version is that the translation of the textpack needs a make-over, but this takes time. (Please do not spread the version included in the Textpack. It - really - needs a makeover.)

Thank you, I'll look into it. (In case you have a login at Gibberlings3, it is best to post these things into the appropriate forum, actually. It is more a coincidence I am browsing here, as I know these "my problems with BWS installation" etc. are goldmines, but I am not doing it regularly, nor is it common for other mod authors who might be interested in hearing about problems with their mods. Still, thank you very much for reporting.)

I tried the one from 1st post but IIRC its obsolete.

I keep this link bookmarked: https://bitbucket.or...setup/downloads

Click on "Download repository" to download the latest build of BWS at any given time. I actually monitor the "Commits" feed and get excited every time I see Quiet or ALIEN update something, XD (Cause I'm a huge nerd like that.)

Sorry about that. I don't know enough about this kind of stuff to be able to tell if it's something with the mod, or something with BWS, or something else. Every time I want to report something I feel confused and conflicted over whether I should post it in this thread, start yet another new thread, PM Quiet or ALIEN, etc. I apologize to anyone that I may have frustrated or annoyed with my ignorance of forum/bug reporting etiquette thus far.

Ser Elryk: In case my comment sounded like a reproach, it was not meant that way. It was more of a well-ment suggestion (and the hopes that these very important reports will find their way into the related bug thread so I don't live in constant fear of missing one of them :) )

I do agree that it can be very confusing to tell what is causing the problem if you are not into modding etc, so I'd say posting here if you are in doubt is always a good approach (there are enough modders and moderators around who can point a report into the right direction, I would say.)

Edit: There's no Textpack in the BG:EE install, so it does not patch / edit any of those modding files...
