Yep...

Thanks, Roxanne, for your very very speed reply. I was very pleased.

I must leave my computer (it is 00:35 in France...). I think, if this disinstallation don't work, i'll desinstall all the EET and I'll reinstall tomorrow without all this mods (perhaps only those recommended).

May you recommend what the mods I can install...

Oh, my english...

Rires.

Thanks for all. I'll be back soon and i say you...

It is most likely not Sirene, the mod has no journal entries and no french translation...

It must be the mod that the game attempts next. Problem is that I do not know which one that may be or how to find out, I have no idea which sequence is used here.

I think I found a possible source. There was an issue in the translation of deArnise mod. That mod was just added a few days back to EET and probably the issue was not found yet.

Do you have that mod installed?

I already sent a report to the maintainer and it will soon be repaired.

If no that mod, then search continues...

Wanted to open the BWS installer to just see what Mods I had loaded up when I successfully ran the install last week.  When I did I got a "fatal error" hit a key, and then this error pops up (screen shot attached) when I hit the Launch file with optional update.

I dug up the Zip file for the BWP and ran it into a dummy folder, and didn't have the problem.  So should I just unpack it again into the game archive, or do I have to uninstall it first?  If uninstalling, is there a program used to uninstall, or just dump the folders?  What about the folder with all the downloaded mod files?  I realize I will need to update those if/when I do another installation, just wasn't sure.  Thanks.

The BWS can be run from just everywhere BUT NOT the game folder! Also the downloaded mods can be stored where you want BUT NOT the game folder.

Oops, I said that wrong.  I ran it from the spot I had it installed which was the correct spot since it loaded nicely last week.  I guess my biggest question is how do I "uninstall" it if necessary?  I can just unarchive it over the top of the old one, but I was trying to make sure I didn't need to uninstall it first.

The BWS is never installed, as it's just a used as is, after extraction... the BWS can install a setup to a game, and uninstall those if you made a backup, which usually is the case, you just run the BWS and target the same game location and it should offer you a "clean up" of the game folder, as it restores the original files. But you can use the old backup files from previous generations of BWS as they do the same thing ... as it based on a manual overwrite of a few basic files the game has that refreshes the game to non-moded state.

Yep, Jarno Mikkola. my Mega Mod FAQ. Use of the BWS, and how to use it(scroll down that post a bit).
OK, desert dweller, welcome to the sanity, you are free to search for the limit, it's out there, we drew it in the sand. Ouh, actually it was still snow then.. but anyways.

You do not uninstall BWS. If you want to do a new install you either restore the backup you made at the beginning or you just delete the whole modded game and start from a new clean base.

If you want to uninstall or change a single mod from your game, you do NOT use BWS but use weidu directly. In this case it is best to post your weidu.log and provide information about what you want to change and someone here may have advice of how to do it,

Brilliant!  Now I understand completely, thanks Imp and Roxanne.

Only thing I really wanted to adjust so far was installing the LeUI Mod.  I have been using that in a Vanilla Run I have been playing in conjunction with the Hidden Game Play mod and I really like it.  For some reason when I did the EET install I chose the Hidden GP, but neglected to put in the LeUI.  It would appear that I should be able to just run the LeUI Weidu as you suggested and solve the problem since I'm really not wanting to add anything from a content, or NPC Side of things.  It appears that I can install the LeUI at the end without any big issues.

Yes, you can just install that UI mod on top of the game. If there is some issue, you can just uninstall it again and that is it.

I keep running into this same error that seems to cause the entire process of installing EET through BWS to completely fail before things even have a chance to get started.

Then the installer just sits there, doing nothing. I'm attempting to install this on Windows 10 and have experimented with running everything to do with this as administrator, in compatibility modes, and with absolutely nothing else running in the background and with all firewalls disabled during the download and installation attempt process - and gotten the same result.

I am not completely sure but it looks like BWFixpack may not have been downloaded/extracted correctly and files may be missing.

There should be 26.696.620 Bytes ~24,5 MB in the Fixpack

Suggest to download it again from https://github.com/B...hive/master.zip - extract it to somewhere outside the game and then copy all the files in the master folder

Downloaded the file as requested, file size of 26,696,620 bytes, then pasted it into the BGEE, BG2EE, and BigWorldSetupDownload files to overwrite what the program may attempt to install instead. Same result in the Install Debug.
