I seen a topic once of a proposed NPC that was a fantastic idea. The idea was a blind ranger who with her fantastic hearing could still be useful in battle. Not to mention the loads of content one could create behind the idea of a sightless adventurer. I believe the idea was she got involved with the sightless cult in one way or another and gave up her eyes. I really think she would be a great character to have in game. Plus there would be tons of interesting dialog to go along with her. I think I saved her portrait as well.
Anyhow that was yeas ago and I never seen anything else about it since. So I was thinking maybe if I could get a few people involved in making such a character. Any thoughts?

I would be potentially interested in such a project. I am skilled at editing, and could help with the dialogue coding. But I am a poor creative writer, and would be bad at writing dialogues. However, I am never lacking in ideas and could help with the overall story development.
Lastly, I would be of little help with advanced coding (e.g., area creation) which would be way above my Infinity engine knowledge (this would be my first mod).
This idea sounds good and would be a fun project to do.

Paxluminaris, I can do much of the writing. Its one thing I am good at however I have no skill what so ever when it comes to scripting. I am thinking if we could get another person or two on board I see no reason why this couldn't happen. All we need is someone else who can help with the more advanced scripting and another set of hands to help with writing and what not. I really think this could turn out to be a fantastic character. Ill poke around and see what the original posts had going on with her and we can take it from there. Hopefully we can manage to get a couple more people on board. Mainly someone to help with the advanced stuff.

l see how to go about opening up a project page on the forum. I suppose I'll have to ask how to go about doing so. We can throw something IP on the classifieds for help swell.
