Disclaimer: Baldur's Gate Reloaded is a total conversion mod using NWN2 as its base, which is why this thread is located in the NWN series forum.
 
 
The team behind the Baldur's Gate Reloaded TC began working on it in November 2006 and released version 1.0 on 4 June 2013 (available from Neverwinter Nexus). This release covers the entirety of Baldur's Gate and the Tales of the Sword Coast. In order to play the mod you need to have NWN2, Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir installed. From the looks of it this might be something worth trying out. Anyone else downloading? I know I am.
 

Baldur's Gate: Reloaded

Baldur's Gate: Reloaded is a fan-made tribute to and complete remake of Baldur's Gate (1998), orginally developed by BioWare and published by Interplay Enterainment, for Neverwinter Nights 2. This campaign features both the entire original campaign and its expansion, Tales of the Sword Coast.

NOTE: Baldur's Gate: Reloaded requires that you have both Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir expansion packs installed.

INSTALLATION
NOTE: More detailed installation instructions are included with the download.

• Remove all content from your Override directory in both you install directory and your My Documents Directory (...Program Files/Atari/Neverwinter Nights 2/override AND Libraries/Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/override)
• Place all 6 .RAR files into your Neverwinter Nights 2 My Documents directory (Libraries/Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2). Use "Extract All" on all 6 parts
• Select "Yes" to merge all folders
• The installation is now complete. To play Baldur's Gate: Reloaded, launch the game normally and select "New Campaign -> Baldur's Gate: Reloaded". Enjoy!

As of this post...Patch 1.1 is introduced and fixes a lot of the bugs that were in the released version of this mod.
