I just started Secret of Bone Hill.  I talk to some people in Restenford and hear about rats at the bait dealer.  I talked to Zahrdahl and he tells me to go to the burnt out barracks.  I go to the burnt out barracks and kill all the rats.  Back to Zahrdahl.  Talked to him and get experience.  Search his house and find his journal.  I go to Pelter and tell him about Zahrdahl and the journal.  Pelter sends me back to Zahrdahl to kill him.  I talk to Zahrdahl and tell him about his journal.  He says I will never take him alive, then turns red and attacks me.  I kill him and my reputation drops from 20 to 10.

 

I have searched SHS for a solution, but found nothing on this.  Does anyone know why I am losing my reputation?  I have played the game this way many times before and never had a problem.

 

I am playing a very large mega mod game with all the latest versions that were available on March 1, 2013.

Some mod probably flagged the character to "innocent", which makes the reputation drop.
