[bug] disable battle music doesn't work in undersigil

Title says it all, the tweak "disable battle music" isn't working in undersigil (pre-Curst, not sure about post. Same map?)

Bug isn't in tweaks, but rather it came from installing 1PP's high quality PST music after the no battle music component. I guess battle music is replaced with a blank audio file in the tweak, and the HQ music mode overwrites it.

 

Independently, I can't rest in Fhjull's lair when I ask him. It breaks dialogue, but there is no rest. I've stolen all his steal-ables prior to talking to him.
