You need to be a male of non-evil character, that's one thing. Another is the race; you need to be one of these: human, elf, half-elf, tiefling (the last one is available in case you changed your race via the ShadowKeaper).

 

And that would be all. And it's suggested to join her just after the Irenicus' Dungeon, talk to her when she's in the first state of her...existence (I know it sounds strange, but I just don't want to post to many spoilers).

when she tells you that she needs some sleep, you can talk to her after you rest, too. I advice it to just let you join her without any great delays.

Both But make sure to get through many timered talks before you leave to Brynnlaw as in this romance, once it's broken, she leaves. Her story is romance based and there's something behind that! To help you, this is the opening line of the last timered talk:

My lord, I hope you don't mind my interrupting you, but don’t you think it's time for us to go where Imoen's being held?

If you see this one, you can be sure you can move on to Brynnlaw. If you have any problems, you're stuck etc, just let me know.

Huh, not sure if you are already starting your run, but I'm working on the ISNF v3, but...not exactly sure when it will be released as that depends on the proofreader and I may need to test it again, as the changes are quite big...

 

And there are still some modders here. Maybe not as many of us, as years back, but worry not, I am sure you will see some new stuff before all modders are gone

Are you sure you're not thinking of Selûne and Shar, Lava? There's certainly no love lost between Sune and Shar, but I've never read of holy war between the two.

Nope

Sune is served by Lliira and Sharess, whom she rescued from the influence of Shar during the Godswar. For this, Shar considers Sune her enemy; because of this Sune now aids Mystra in her struggle against Shar and the Shadow Weave.

That doesn't constitute #1 enemies, though. For Shar, that's Selûne, and Faiths & Pantheon's says that Sune quietly supports Mystra against Shar. That doesn't really scream holy war at me. =)

 

It's not really a big deal and Yvette's reaction to Viconia makes sense regardless, but I wasn't sure if you were confusing your goddesses when you said they were archenemies.

Well, I may have used too strong words when I said they are #1 enemies, but I just can't imagine Yvette the Sunite adventure with servant if Shar after the rather significant conflict between Sune and Shar. And I know that there are bigger "wars" between gods, I considered this big enough to just write this part as I did I mean, I think "rescuing Sharess from the influence of Shar" is significant enough. Nevertheless, everything is mostly about interpretation of the characters and fictional events so...
