I just bought Mass Effect 3, and when I was installing it Origin activated the game, then crashed. When restarted the install, it asked me for the product code again, then told me it had already been used, so I can't actually install the game.
PC running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, UK edition of game.
I can't download the game, because I have Mobile Broadband @£10 per Gigabyte, so it would be cheaper to just buy another copy.
I tried to find an email address on the EA website, but no joy and their 0870 number puts me on endless hold, which is not an option when I only have a mobile.
Anybody have any ideas what to do next, please?
