Apologies if this has been asked before, a search yielded nothing for me:

Let's say I want to change the amount of gold I get for an item sold, what value do I need to change? I've located the .STO file I need to edit, but I cannot figure out exacly WHAT in there determines price. :D

Thanks, NN

It's the combination of the items value(in the .itm file) and the stores price markup percentage(the other thread) ... PS: the stores have no individual prices per each item.

Jarno you are a GENIUS!! All I needed to do was to edit the .itm-file! I am not sure how Aurora's mod adjusts the prices, but since the scalps are originally worth 50gp I just changed the value to 100gp! Thereby when Aurora halves the item prices, it becomes 50gp per scalp - just like I intended! I didn't even need to touch the .STO, and the problem with already having encountered Vai became non-existant! :woot:  :woot:  :woot:

For you people wondering what the hell I'm raving about, see the latter replies in this thread. Cheers Jarno! :coolthumb:

I am not sure how Aurora's mod adjusts the prices

There is a field in .sto files that determines both buying and selling prices, and the Aurora store component provides several options for sizing that upward or downward.
