Linking External libraries to Electron toolset

I'm a grad student working on a thesis in game AI, and I'm considering using NWN2 as a test environment. However, a lot of the software I've already developed depends on JVM and native libraries. Does anyone know if it's possible to link these kinds of libraries (or even .NET libraries) to the electron toolset?
