Hello I have a high end computer and am getting 7 to 9 FPS in BGT LoL....I can play the game but it is annoying... Is this normal???...If not does anyone how I can fix it?

Open your WeiDU.log file (open it in a text editor like Notepad) and check whether GENERALIZED BIFFING is installed If not, download it from here, unpack it to your BGII folder and run its setup

Hmmm ,I did a search but can't can't seem to find the Weidu.log.... any suggestions where to look?

It should be in your BGII-SoA folder (wherever you installed BGII into) right next to baldur.log (if you ran the game once) and ToBEx.log (if you have that )

Or maybe you don't have file extensions enabled in your OS or something (which means you can't see the ".log" part)
