Hi, I'm having the same problem -anony- from http://www.shsforums...-npc-portraits/ was having.  By fiddling with names I was able to fix all of the NPC's I've encountered thus far, except for Imoen.  I have placed my custom portrait in the override folder as well as the portrait folder.  I've named her portrait;

IMOENL
IMOENM
NIMOENM
_MOENL
_MOENM

Does anyone know of anything else I can name the portraits?  Any help would be appreciated.

I take you fixed it by saving the picture as 32-bit?
