At the caravan, pointing at the fire it says "The flames in the fire dance high and bright".
Is it for any use?

Oh i haven't notice that. But you can burn/destroy black lotus. No more drugs at Athkatla.
How?? Everytime I point the cursor at the fire there is a questionmark and the text above comes up.

Yeah I know, I killed the poor bastard at the Docks, I ment: Now I dont have any clues (know that Im later on are going to "Gov. ment district West side" and going to get "teleported" to some city "in the desert" (or something) but I dont remember when.

Update:
I think that burning black lotus is stupid idea. Sadly you can't sell it to Renal Bloodscalp like in Angelo mod.

Well next is Orb of Breaga. Go to Government District Westside and talk to Angharad Firehair.

I went down to "Underdark exit" to play one of Xan´s encounters and we met "Elhan" and an old friend of Xan. They told us about some documents and we got teleported back to "Her Room" in "Irenicus Dungeon" but a quard showed up and we got teleported back to "Underdark exit". We killed the golem who followed us and Xan´s friend was going back and report to "Elhan" and we also went there.
Now I still had the Lanthorn so Elhan got happy and teleported us outside Suldalanessar (or what the name is) and he opened the entrance.
Can I go there and kill most monsters and so and then go back out and do Sos, FfT and so on?

You have installed TDD so SoA doesn't end at Suldanessellar. You can probably play whole Suldanessellar including Nine Hells and Jon Irenicus finale. I haven't tried that way though i finish all quests (except Vecna) before Jon Irencius finale.
SoA ends after you finish TDD Mega Quest.

Why dont you finish Vecna´s quest?
Xan´s friend that told Elhan about the guardian in "Her Room", the search for thoose papers continues somewehere doesnt they?
I mean, Elhan and them went to Suldalanessar so how do I get the quest to continue without going there?

Well TDD Mega quest starts when vanilla (not vanilla ice) SoA ends so you have to it last.
FfT now and then SoS. Have done RoT but dont know If I have any more big quests.
I don't know what you have done or not done.
Why dont you finish Vecna´s quest?
Of course i finish it but after i all other quests (except finishing TDD Mega quest) are done. Vecna is quite hard mod.

Who is Vesna? 
If you mean Vecna mod, it has very hard battles, better carry very big weapons.

I don't remember any AC BW quest but AC DC is great.
But i think that BW is probably The Black Market Part I mod. AC i have to check.
Also "The Undying". Which one is that?
Callisto NPC, some merchants and encounters.

I put Bodhis black heart in the hands of the statue at "Temple Ruins" (after the floor with Amaunator) but nothing happens. Am I at the wrong place?
I have some memory to put the heart there.

It brings your dead romance interest back to life.
Did Bodhi kidnap somebody when you went to face Bodhi and get Rhynn Lanthorn at Graveyard.

Im in the cave in Portopentych now, do I need to use the pickhammer again?
It says "This section etc etc" and I find the hole (the "open" cursor shows) but the door wont open how much I even press.
