I only have "WQWINETIME 2959847" and "WQWINEQUEST" 10.
No "WQMAINQUEST"...
Did you talk to Old Druid before you go to Palace. You should get Black Branch from him and global "WQMAINQUEST" is set to "1".
Update:
Did follow him to his Treehouse and talk to him there?

Yes I followed him into his Treehouse and talked to him and got the Black Bransch from him.
Im playing an older save (1 day before) and did the King Haefner quest and are going to Silent Swamps tomorrow.

I went to Cromwell and gave him 2 "cloakes of protection +1" but I never got anything back...only "The party has lost one item" and he forget for 1 day but I didnt get it back...:/
Is there any way to meet "The Hag" from Silent Swamps again? I met her outside after killing the Old Druid.
Do you know the CLUA code for "Portion of Insulation"? Thats the only one Im missing for Jadarath.
Is there any use for a bottle of wine that I found in the Silent Swamps? I cant sell it so....

I met Sir William and got his key, went to his house and got the money from his safe and returned to Selence. When speaking to her she just asks If I have got the money and my alternatives are:

I gave Greenbeard the urn and killed his demon form and got an axe, some money, a diamond and an armor. Was that the whole treasure?....

Sorry. This is probably too technical for me.
Did Cromwell talk to you after forging? If not try to talk to him.

Didn't she talk to you and give some quest exp and ending the quest. If she did why do you need her back?

Well actually you don't need all potions to complete the quest, you can miss one potion so why not that one.

I fought Bodhi (in the Asylum) and she didnt say anything when I turned into Slayer, we kept on hitting her and she went up in smoke and I got 9000 exp.

Well maybe you could try (CBSHGOLD) like i said in earlier post.

I think you should reload earlier save and replay until she talks about Slayer and escape.

Well no unless your class is ranger then there start ranger class quest. Never played that quest because my CHARNAME is fighter.

I noticed that I dont have the Solafein mod installed, only crossmods banterpack so I kicked him and replaced with Alissa in Bremen. Have you ever played her?

Well it starts there because Alissa is there.
Quest is small and you only talk to two people (Spirit Soaring and Docks).

Im in Bremen now...how do I trigger the quest with the man in the house at the eastern part of the city?
I enter his house but then I get "thrown" out again....I know there is some quest with some cult or something.
I have spoken to all of the ppls I can find but still when I go to the Mayor nothing about "the depressed people"...

I dont have the gold for Selence in my backpack so I did as u told me CLUA and CreateItem("CBSHGOLD") but I only got 1 gold....:/

Well that "Depressed People" is little "hard" quest. I haven't managed to get "best" result from it.
You should talk various people only at daytime and convince them to stay.
There are fighter, villager and tavern drunk at 1st floor of Tavern (AR5104) and villager at 2nd floor of Tavern (AR5105).
Fighter and 2 villagers at Big Tent (AR5103).
2 villagers, fighter and fighter and boy at town (AR5100).
You can check global "PeoplesMorale" of your progress. I have managed get it only to 17.
