Can anyone tell me what files are responsible for Revised NPC behavior on failed theft attempts part of this tweak and if I can exclude them from the installation?
Don't get me wrong, it's a life saving mod but i'm just too much of a vanilla douch.

It is in rr/lib/rr#thvry.tph. It's interspersed with other things, but there are comments that may be helpful in identifying which parts you want.
