Rename BiG World Install.bak to BiG World Install.bat
Start the BiG World Install.bat
Or just extract the BiG World Installpack-archive into the BG2-folder again.

I get the message: The minimum requirements are not met.
The listed mods do not exist in your BG II - SoA directory
Baldur's Gate Trilogy
The listed mods are mandatory
Please copy them into your BGII - SoA directory and then continue.
How do I fix this?

Check the BiG World Sebug.txt to see what the Batch did during the install.
Running the Batch on a game with mods installed and not on a clean install is a bad idea.

Yes, it would break your game.I finally have a playable installation, and I really don't want to mess my installation up. I don't have TDD installed currently. Would manually installing it at this point cause any problems?
Take a look at Lolorian 's kit listAlso, I really wanted to create a samurai character. However, it isn't an option in the ranger class selection. What mod contains the samurai class?
