I have pretty much looked all over for this already being answered but could only find one instance, and it wasn't clear to a total dumb newbie like myself.

At any rate, when installing CtB, i get this error.

I apologize if it's obvious, but I simply haven't the foggiest clue what to do next. If there is more information required, I'm happy to oblige. I've basically installed BWP following that Newbie Guide that is popular on this site. I think I also saw this error when installing Region of Terror.
