I liked Javik much more than Vega/Cortez/Samantha/Diana Allers, and he's much more useful in combat than Tali or Liara, hence I always took him&Garrus with me before Kaidan was available, and in the end, I saw him on the Normandy(you know what I speak of). But I was a little disappointed at the very beginning: on the videos during his quest, he sounds like this mysterious desperate prince, almost Xan-ish, and then he becomes this grumbly "Let's shove everyone out of the airlock". And then(during his talks on the Citadel/with PC and memory shard) he starts showing completely different traits of character. I'd say he suffers from inconsistent characterization, but the intent is good, and the result is quite good, too. Then again, I'd take Legion/Mordin/Zaeed/even Thane over him any day.

Also, on ME3 Extended Cut: I read on this forum http://masseffectfan...55&page=7#37159 that someone wrote on Twitter(which I can't read) that voice actors are being called back to do some more lines. Um. Love interest reunion goodness, maybe? (and hopefully not more Starchild)

The Rebellion DLC pack has definitely been interesting so far. Personally I've come to enjoy the jungle map on gold difficulty as it's more challenging than the others, at least with the right enemy.
