Hi, I'm using ToBEx Beta 0023 on a BWPv11 game, and I've noticed when the console boots up, I get this message:

CRuleTablesEx::Init(): ITCREXCL.2DA not found

It doesn't seem to affect the way the game runs at all at this point. I'm just wondering, is this anything I should be concerned about fixing, or something to simply ignore?

Here is what it's used for... it should be copied to override during installation; can you check if you have it (it could have been biffed afterwards)? Since it's a new feature, it might be that the relevant COPY has been forgotten in the .tp2?

Well I have it five times, but not in my override folder nor in any generalized biffing folder. It came packed with refinements, the bigg's tweaks, ToBEx, your (turambar) tweaks and Rogue Revisions (under said folder\tobex_redist\override). It's just not anywhere outside of those folders though.

Hurp derp derp, on looking at that I guess it actually means ToBEx is copying that file to the wrong folder(s) rather than putting it in the override.

So copying it to my override folder manually from the ToBEx folder should solve the issue then, right?

The reason why it's in all those folders is the "redistributable" form the package uses, allowing mods which require TobEX to install it on their own (even though the main component is necessary to activate all tweaks).
I'm sure something has changed in that tweak in the last version, but I don't know exactly what; anyway, you could try to copy the copy currently inside TobEX into override.

That's what I did and it solved the problem (looks like, anyway). No more missing file messages popping up!

This hack was modified so that it uses ITEM_USE.2DA, to improve compatibility with its use for GemRB. ITCREXCL.2DA is no longer in use. If you are still getting that message, you may be using an older version of TobEx.dll than the one provided in the public release of beta 0023.
