I get a NO VALID REPLIES OR LINKS as soon as the dialog box opens if my PC is MAGESCHOOL_GENERALIST.
I checked the dlg file for this creature, the response for mage kits (1) has a few actions linked to it :
SetGlobal("A6GenSpl2","LOCALS",-1) SetGlobal("A6GenSpl3","LOCALS",-1) SetGlobal("A6GenSpl4","LOCALS",-1) StartDialogNoSet(LastTalkedToBy(Myself))while unkitted response (2) doesn't have any. I don't know what these 3 globals do, I'm gonna try copying these 4 lines for response 2 and see what happens! Edit : Actually I don't know how to change dialog or even if it's possible within NI. Can it be fixed locally?
Is this a new BGT feature? I don't think I've ever seen this before. More edit : Looked around, apparently it's new! 1.13 I guess though it was never announced/advertised afaik besides Asc64 saying he'll work on something for wizard spells in new bg2 game here last october.
If someone wants to look into it, the creature is a6genspl.cre and dialog/script files bear the same name.
