Hello,

With my semi-mega mod installation, I'm having some probelms with the "Tenya and the Fishermen" quest in the BG1 portion of the game. (If you don't know what that is, see http://www.forgotten.../bg1/ar1400.htm for info). There are two issues when doing the good solution:

The problems arise when you demand the fishermen give back the elemental control bowel, and turn hostile. First thing I notice is that the fisherman who gives back the bowel does not turn hostile with the others, through this can be nomal game behavior (if it is, please say so).

The main issues is - you loose repuation for killing the fishermen. Who made you hunt a little girl, worhip Talos, and atacked you. WTF? It wasn't like that in my BGT 1.12-based semi-mega, in which you suffer no reputation penalty for killing the fishermen.

I think this is a problem with BGT, however, it could be because of my mod selection and issues with that. I have my WeiDU log attached in case that's the issue. Still, if it's a BGT issue, please fix it soon

At this point, I'm not really doing much Baldur's Gate related. More focused on Skyrim modding and the Born of Legend tabletop roleplaying game. Don't expect much activity here.

No it isn't, they should all turn hostile. There may be a delay, or perhaps some other script stopped him from turning hostile. I'm not sure. I had no troubles on testing.

Yeah, I don't think this is vanilla BGT. Neither, Sonner, Jebadoh, or Telman have INNOCENT class. Another mod might change this. You could possibly check this using --change-log on sonner.cre, jebado.cre, and telmen.cre.

How to use change-log: http://www.shsforums...049#entry504049

I had something similar happen. The other two turned hostile right away, but the one that returned the bowl didn't turn hostile until a few moments after the others were dead.

I did not suffer any reputation losses though.

Here are the change logs for the fishermen. I have basically looked at the versions of the fishermen using DLTCEP, and vanilla Sonner and Telman do have proper class - however, there is a certain componet that changes both to have the INNOCENT class - and that is:

00005: ~INFINITYANIMATIONS/SETUP-INFINITYANIMATIONS.TP2~ 0 710 // More Planescape: Torment Animations -> 25% of relevant non-joinables: v5

Apperantly, they both got the Torment lower class male animation, and, for some reason, changes them to use the INNOCENT class, making quite an annonying bug. I'm reporting this on the Infinity Animations forum.

All three should originally have NO_CLASS. So whatever mod changes them to INNOCENT is causing the problem.

I think Infinity Animations is changing them to INNOCENT, so I've posted a bug report on it's forum.

Umm, I was thinking the same thing yesterday. It's just.. gone. I was reading it, and when pressed F5 for update a few hours later the thread was not there.

Miloch merged my thread with the past thread detaling this same issue: http://www.shsforums...st/page__st__40

Anyway, I want to see that fix in the BWP soon.

I think Ascension64 established as of the 2nd post that it's not a BGT issue, so I don't know why folks keep posting in here (and double posting at that). BGT is not the BWP either, and it's certainly not IA. If it were up to me, I'd merge this thread into the existing one on the same issue too (feel free to do so A64).

Uh, one thing - your fix should be in the BiG World Project Fixpack, minor as it is. Also, please keep this thread seperate from the IA megathread - it's better off that way.

If anything, it was a gut reaction to post instantly about the issue, and to debug it. Just keep this thread, and keep it seperate.

We modders work for free, you know (maybe you don't) - for the "fun of it" though sometimes I wonder about even that last bit. We tend to respond better to congenial requests rather than belligerent demands about what we "need to do."

In any case, this doesn't belong in the BGT forum. You still seem to be confused about BGT and BWP. Baldur's Gate Trilogy (BGT) is a merger of BG1 and BG2 - it doesn't entail other mods. BWP (BiG World Project) does entail other mods (hence the "megamod" forum) but nevertheless is not responsible for the content in those mods - that is best left to the forums of those mods. So ranting about some mod in some other forum (and ignoring what's said in the mod's own forum) isn't likely to gain you any ground either way. It's not like we don't respond to bug reports - as you can see from the other post, I not only fixed the issue but thanked the person for reporting it. Ranting about how we "need to fix" the same issue a year later in multiple subforums isn't the way to go though, especially after the modder has mentioned it isn't necessary anymore. I posted the fix in that other thread and it's quite easy for you to implement - far easier than downloading even 1/10 of the mod, so I'm sure it shouldn't be a problem for you. Why keep going on about it when you've already got the fix?

I posted there as well, in the same thread everyone posts fixpack requests... Look, I am not confused, I know what I'm doing, stop saying that I am...

Then why keep posting in the BGT forum about something that has nothing to do with the BGT mod?

I thought it was a BGT issue at first... Well, first thing I can think of before I did a changelog - I thought it had to do with a introduced bug in BGT 1.1{3,4}.
