Yeah, some links and subdomains won't work properly (yet). We'll fix this as we go along--the focus has been on making the forums work first. Also, the [D/L] and [Link] links on the mod forums don't seem to work:
[...]
Also, the subdomains of Spellhold Studios seem to be missing. Specifically:
Classic Adventures Homepage: http://ca.spellholdstudios.net/
Readme Directory: http://readme.spellholdstudios.net/
The image files just hasn't been moved to the new server yet. Will fix.I will look into this, some of the smilies might be deprecated (or we just used an extra smilies pack with the old version that we haven't installed yet).

I have the same "problem". You can see it on a screenshot posted by Sam on the first page. The small "e" doesn't have it's hole. I don't think it's related to browser, cause for me it looks the same in Opera, chrome and ie.Could you please post a screenshot and tell me what browser (and which version) you are using? I think it's related to the font smoothing of your browser.
The bolded letters look really off. Especially 'e'.
I also would like plead for the return of the gray/green dots - they were so useful! Other than that I really like the change.

Alright, I think I figured out what the problem is. You're both using Windows XP, right? Seems that XP's abysmal font rendering is the issue. What I can do is reverting to Arial or something similar for XP users and see if that fixes it, I'll post here once I make it happen.I have the same "problem". {I knew somebody was gonna say that.}It's 2012, who uses XP anymore?
Anyone else experiencing very sluggish scrolling? I didn't experience this prior to the downtime.
Windows XP
Firefox 3.6.25
I do!
Apparently still has a third of 'market share'. And the best version of FF for it is 3.6.x.
Try Pale Moon, an optimized build for XP.

1 - the site makes the CPU usage of opera higher, what didnt happen before, i believe it may be because of these errors http://validator.w3....=Inline&group=0 or then, because of the new skin, idk, if you are interested i suggest you to submit the entire source to the validator of W3C to see if the errors could be the cause.
2 - the shortcut to the forums in the bottom of the page disappeared and this sucks since i used it to go faster at the other sub-forum i go.
3 - the choice of skin should be optional, like i said, i like the background dragon but i liked the other skin more. :/
that's it, thank you for all your work with the site/forum and for your attention.

This is how email notifications from SHS looked before in my mailbox:
And this is how they look now:
As you see, because name of the poster is included in the topic new replies are not grouped together and it became very spamy.

Same issue here (no window opens for me though).I can't right-click on embedded images, it shows a non-working greyed-out window.
And the best version of FF for it is 3.6.x.
Based on what? I have both XP and FF 9.01 and no problems to report.
Can you even browse sites like twitter with a FF that old?
