Hi. I've got a problem and I have no idea how to solve it.
I get this thing:

ASSERTION FAILED!
File: ChDimm.cpp
Line: 7641

Exp: pBiffHeader->dwFileType != mmioFOURCC('B', 'I', 'F', 'C')

Msg: d:\program files\black isle\baldurs gate 2012\cd2\DATA\AREA0700.BIF: attempted to use compressed BIF from CD, check free hard drive space
Run Debugger?

I read that I should use DLTCEP to decompress the BIF file, yet when I try to do so, I got error pop-out window saying "Decompression failed!"
Any idea what should I do?

Ok, I managed to fix it. Just in case someone has the same problem:
my Data directory had AREA0700.bif and when I tried to decompile the area with DLTCEP I got error because DLTCEP wasn't able to override it. I had to delete the AREA0700.bif file in Data directory. Then DLTCEP decompilled the bif in CD2 directory. Then I manually copied the decompilled file and copied it as well to Cache/Data directory. The it worked.
I have no idea it appeared to be that complicated in this particullar situation.
