It always annoys me how in quest mods there are "100+ new spells" that are mixed around everywhere, when i specifically installed spell revisions and maybe semi-multi clerics.
I don't want new, more powerful spells.
I think it could be a good component for the balancer to remove these spells from the being used or recorded on the spellbook by the party.

Except when the whole point of the mod is the new spells. like in the case of SMC obviously.

Hi everybody,
Well, the balancer is not designed to take care of spells and most likely will never be. It's designed to balance items an xp.
If you want to balance or just adjust spells you'd go for very good other mods that have way more knowledge about spells, like SR or DR, just to mention 2
