Ah, don't know if anyone actually visits these forums anymore....But I'll give it a try anyway. ^.^

In ToB, when my party gets into a fight, some of my party members will attack my PC. I've died a couple times because of it (as much as I love Sarevok, my PC doesn't stand a chance against his deathbringer attack, and he's usually the one doing the attacking), and although I can send the characters to fight an actual enemy for the most part, it's rather irritating. XD I don't know which is worse: getting killed in the middle of a fight (and inevitably realizing I haven't saved recently) or realizing that the reason the fight is so difficult is because my main fighters are focused on chopping me into tiny pieces...
It doesn't happen every time there's a fight, and it doesn't seem to be centred on a particular fight. So I don't quite know what's going on...XP

Does the character get charmed or is he still controllable after he begins to attack the party member ?
Do you use the scripts to control the party member, as that can be customized from the characters record page, and what mods you have installed ?

No enchantments whatsoever. I could be fighting something with no spellcasting and it'll happen. XP
As for scripts and mods...
I use just the basic scripts provided by the game. I believe Sarevok has Spellcaster Defend (Oh, the irony. ).
As for mods...Ah, there's a fair few, but ones that would affect ToB (in no particular order):
