I installed a bunch of mods. Everything is working fine, but now that I'm on to BG2, I want the old scroll XP values back (1000xspell level instead of 10x). Is this a BGT change? If so, can it be changed back somehow? If not, does anyone know which mod it may be that made this change?

BGT is the mod which nerfs it, indeed. You can find a component that reverts that change in BGTtweaks. Actually, my mod as well (see signature) has a component that attempts to rebalance XP for scrolls and thieving skills.I installed a bunch of mods.
