Hi, I installed the standard BWP option and Imoen is a Charming Rogue class. I selected to dual class her to a mage. All her thieving abilities got disabled and it says that Charming Rogue is 'Inactive' in her character description. When she should be CR lvl 3 and Mage lvl 1 now.

Is it because I have to level her to Mage level 3 to get her thieving abilities back? ( I REALLY need find traps)...

That's actually to level 4 mage with thief at level 3...


Best option is to cheat the XP, and use the same cheat to set the XP back to zero.


Anyway, I believe that you don't want to install that mod, as it will hang your BGT-> BGII transition.

Do I have to reinstall EVERYTHING again?!?

What are all/other mods in the "standard" package that will cause such issues/problems? Before I even attempt another BWP installation...

Ok I've seen too many mods

I decided to just do the "Recommended" install and check every option carefully.

I want the major mods, but not as much as completing BG1&2 successfully without MAJOR bugs like being unable to continue b/c of Imoen.

I still am going to do a backup before though, so I can revert incase I find out there IS a way to get Imoen Mage/Charming Rogue through...

Just now I realized how great Baldur's Gate is. They just don't make games like this today.

It's probably the only game I would go through all this trouble and still enjoy it!

So I decided to lighten up a bit on the mods. Doing the Recommended BWS setup + Widescreen mod - options 1502,2400,2500,2600 of BGTTweaks mod.

Everything else should be good, it doesn't include the BGTNEJ of any sort.

On my next replay, i'll do the Standard install minus BGTNEJ. But I want to start 'light' as I haven't played in 10 years and have enough content as is.
