I picked up 5 gp in Beregost from a shelf somewhere, and accidentally aggroed the guard. I ran away. Now everyone in Beregost is hostile towards me. I still have quests to finish here. What do I do? Help!

That's just the problem. I don't have a regular save game close enough to this point
I know it's my fault. But I was wondering if there's perhaps a cheat to pacify these rowdy people. After all, it's not like I wanted to steal those lousy 5 gold pieces...
Ok will experiment.
The good news is that all the anomalies are gone and everything's back to normal. I'll be backing up this monster to my spare 500GB drive tonight.
