When I attempt to install BGT via the BWS, it hangs every time here:

I let the BWS run overnight and it never got past that part. So after reinstalling BG1/2 a few times, trying to do the BWS each time that's the farthest it's ever gotten. I attempted to install it manually via the regular BGT-Setup.exe, which actually worked, (although now it's most likely screwed over my installation and I have to reinstall everything). Baldur's Gate path is, as shown above, "E:\Programs\Black Isle\Baldur's Gate"; Baldur's Gate 2 path is, "E:\Programs\Black Isle\Baldur's Gate II", and because the manual installation worked just fine with both paths being that, I'm pretty sure that's not the problem. Made sure it pointed to the correct directories when first setting up the BWS...started up each game, let the game run through the intro (in the case of Shadows of Amn), and saved...clean installs...or rather, nearly clean, since I deleted a few misc. files like the Roger Wilco .exe in the Baldur's Gate directory, removed the vanilla character files, (although kept the characters folder because if you don't it fails the BGT installation as I've learned previously), inserted all the IWD/HOW/IWD2/BG1 soundsets into my BG2 soundset folder, but that's about it. Anyone have any ideas?

Also also...sorry for the double, (now triple), posting because of no editing as a guest and has anyone noticed that the BWS cannot download the NWN_Misc_I.rar, and that if you try to download it manually and have it manually provided in place of the automatic download it says that the size is incorrect? And that if you even force it it comes up with errors later, saying that a file is missing?

...Nevermind, I guess, because I tried continuing the BWS installation after closing it, (after the manual installation of BGT), and as soon as it opened, it was like, "BGT installation successful!" or whatever even though it didn't actually do anything.

Well, had you read the proper forum, you would know the cure for this is just re-inserting the path line again, without the quotes.
