So I installed a megamod pack, bigworld, and at the very start of Baldur's Gate, Candlekeep, there is this guy in the inn/tavern that comes up to me and starts talking in another language. Now there is a quest in my log in some other language. What is that all about? I'm pretty sure I selected English when installing the mods.

You probably installed a mod or two in German, as they are German only as you didn't select the English only/no foreign language mods ...So I installed a megamod pack, bigworld, and at the very start of Baldur's Gate, Candlekeep, there is this guy in the inn/tavern that comes up to me and starts talking in another language. How do I unistall them? The non-english mods.

Your best bet is to make the whole setup again ... so you start by starting the BiG World Setup.vbs file, as it asks if you wish to restart the install ... as it will restore the original game and proceed from there...How do I unistall them? The non-english mods.
