I know that Chloe currently has content for only SOA, but when my party is taken to the forest with the heads after SOA, will she go along too? Even if there's no TOB content, I dont mind her being silent through TOB. Or can I CLUA her in there?

I know this is an old topic, but in case anyone else wonders in the future:
I just finished a SoA game, and Chloe automatically comes along into the ToB section. She keeps all of her equipment and powers and such. One thing I noticed, though, is that if you initiate a conversation with her she'll immediately and permanently leave, complaining that you haven't followed up on her personal quest (even if you completed it in SoA). If you kick her out of your party, she'll stay in the pocket plane; she won't re-join when you talk to her, but you can Ctrl+Q her back into your party.
So, yes, you can bring Chloe along into ToB, you just won't get any more content for her and should be careful not to start a conversation with her.
