Nice to see the alternate portraits too

 

one errror while loading up the mod , I loaded up the SOA part of the first mod but got this message when

loading up the 1st part of TB part of the Mod Shat-teel Yeslick etc

I got this error

Unix.Unix_errror<20, "stat","BG1NPCSoA/ITEMS/7ZTOB2.itm

Darn it! The attachment below should fix that problem until I fix it for good. Thanks for keeping me on my toes, Oracle.

not sure if I can report installation error with BWS here, but an error comes up when installing BG1NPCSoA v7 with BWS 20130311:

The BWS has a SoA Kagain needs ToB Kagain in it but not the other way, Have a look in the WeiDU.log.
If there's a BG1NPCSoA 40 or 41 entry, it could be a mod error. Otherwise install one of those components by running this in your cmd-prompt in your BG2-directory
Setup-BG1NPCSoA.exe --no-exit-pause --noautoupdate --language 0 --skip-at-view --quick-log --force-install-list 41 --logapp

40/41 is Kagain's Korner, yes? It was unselected in my install, so no entries in WeiDU.log either. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to install those as well, but I'm using TDD and I'd rather keep my setup rather than installing KK.

@dabus - 20130311 is working great btw, is there any chance to have the latest WeiDU.log loaded in the Compilation drop down? Keep up the good work!

Not sure how familiar you are with modding, but try adding this snippet to the Kagain:ToB component in the ,TP2. It should bypass the problem. Let me know how it works for you,

Hi there got a couple of bugs to report Ajantis body doesent work. You cant equip him in the quick slot but some reason you can equip him has a weapon . If you click on hi in the inventory and the use item it dosent work that way either. The bartender(not the Nymph) in the blue unicorns seems to disapper and not comeback Faldorns missing her BG2 spells and for some reason she has 3 &4 cleric spells in her 7th level slots Owls wisdom causes CTD when used Iam not if this a bug but some of low level spells cost somewhere around 750000- 12000000 gold The bios are really good

You have to equip Ajantis' body as a weapon to symbolically stand him up. Once the item is equipped, you should have a special skill light up in your backpack, which should be the way to 'summon' Ajantis.

 

Dalindra in the Blue Unicorn? Are you sure she is not hiding behind the row of tables in the front? Sometimes she manages to sneak in there and stay hidden. I'll check it out though.

 

Faldorn.. probably the spells she came equipped with in the game. I'll have to edit those.

 

Owl's Wisdom huh? I'm trying to reproduce the results, but for some reason I cannot get the spell to show up in the spell bar once I learn it, so you are ahead of me. I know I tested these spells at least minimally so I suspect some Wild Magic is at work here. I'll see what is the source of the problem. 

 

750,000 gp for low level spells?! Yes, that does sound buggy. I've noticed that sometimes when I create an item, the price of the item may fluctuate. It may depend of how the item is flagged, although I am uncertain. Will check it out.

In the meantime, here is a quick fix for Owl's Wisdom, b/c I hate CTD's! :angry:

 

Put it in your override folder and you'll find yourself feeling wiser in no time. ;)

Thanks for the advice about Ajantis and barmaid. Found both Where in government district dose Xan go? And where does Kivan go in the Windspear hills i cant find either of them. I bought a scroll of Astral projection and then had reload my game and the scroll turned into 7Gp when I reloaded. Garrick and Ajantis have BG1 weapon profienceys Thank you

Xan will be on the bridge at the South East portion of the map. Kivan will be in at the Windspear Hills, near the Temple entrance.

 

7gp? Sounds like a cursed scroll, lol! I'll see what I can do about that and change Garrick and Ajantis' weapon proficiencies. Thanks again, Oracle. :cheers:

No problem guys! Just updated the mod today, fixing most of those pesky spell problems and added a few more for good measure. I also added a crucial thing to Safana's script, so now the dialog that sparks off her encounters in the docks actually fires off. Enjoy!  :cheers:
