I use eng ver. bg patch26498 this was when i start from big world install.bat but also when i try install on clean bg just whit this toll.

That's quite bad, did you extract the whole mod archive to the game folder ? And what program you used to do it ?

Yes whole archive to bg2 - soa program 7zip.

Norton Internet Security considers this file as a threat. It removed it from two archives I downloaded, Beta 0020 and Beta 0021.

Since WeiDU complains it doesn't find this file, I believe your antivirus did the same. Check in the directory stated on the ERROR line if the file TobExLoader.exe is indeed present.

Otherwise, just make an empty file of the same name and put in ./TobEx/TobEx_redist/ directory.

thx is work now i just remove game and install egain then i start install egain big world project v10. THX for replay. This toll is amazing but its possible to add scrolss to spells which whe are cast? Not just only to known spells.

Yes, I suppose it is possible to add scroll bars to the memorized spells section. I suppose a few mods double the amount of spells memorizable and this goes off screen...
