as you can see some are for BG1 and other BG2. I am playing using BGT installed so using BG2 to play BG1, so which of the AI mods should I install?

Yes.
OK and should I install the ones labeled BG1, BG2, or both?

Most scripting should be robust enough to not break 4th walls (e.g. casting BG2 spells that the character doesn't have), so it should be safe to install all.
