I tried to install Polish version and received the same message. Maybe, there is conflict with my previous installation? RR or aTweak is guilty?

One moment: when your mod unpacked, all files go to Khalid directory. I need to copy KHALID.TP2 and setup to BG2 directory manually. May be it just doesn't see your files?

Now that I checked it - it seems the probable cause. I'll re-upload it without the Khalid directory 'on top'.

EDIT: Fixed version posted. You'll find it under the link in the first post.

EDIT 2: The portrait is just a modified version of the original, not my fault the original is dark.

I didn't notice it. Weird. I like this portrait, so I used it a lot in testing...

I already apologize to Kirara if I wasn't allowed to do that at all, but I messed a little with the portrait he/she made for your mod (and I have to say that he/she anyway did something of high quality, it was really easy and smooth to work on it)

Did you start a new game? Khalid should start a dialogue regardless of whether you have Jaheira with you or not.

I think this is due to dialogue between Jaheira and Keldorn. It start when they enter to Harper Hold. I can ask Keldorn to wait and see what happened. I have save just before entering Harper Hold.
