David Gaider did say he considered bringing Cullen back, even more angsty than usual. I prefer his "remembering Amell" lines to actual romance expansion, though, since Amell now seems out of the picture, sadly. (Well, except for my current playthrough in Origins ). I love Cullen, myself, I only hope he'll be as pretty in DA3. By the way, Jennifer Hepler wrote him in DA2, too.
I hope there is some kind of closure in DA3. There are lots of stories finished, Cullen/Mage female warden being one of them. I would love to know more about Flammeth and Morrigan as well. I loathe Bioware for giving us a lot to wonder and not giving us ANY ANSWERS. It's like they've never intended on giving answers because they haven't got one (either by being extremely lazy or figured out they've complicated plot too much to come up with something reasonable to answer all of those mysteries).

That's why you always loan the expedition money and then refuse to pay it back...I don't know: I think DLC items are pretty lame, myself. Robes and armor - for sure(robes are ugly!), but weapons are pretty useless, too, even those that improve with level-up. Bows, for example, are horrible, and staffs don't even come close to the vanilla ones. The only useful things are companion-specific amulets and belts and rings, but then again, that's because the game doesn't provide any good ones(except those which cost 49 gold when you need 50 gold for your expedition and currently only have 17).

P.S. Don't forget that Origins/Awakening got updated to version 1.05. See the main patch thread for the details.

I imagine most people are done with DA 2 but since my computer's hard drive died over the summer I lost all my saves for it...So with the recent confirmation of DA 3 announced I figured I'd better get a play through or two done before it comes out...Anyways I bought the Mark of the Assassin DLC and I actually was quite impressed...It lasts anywhere to 2-5 hours (depending of course how slow / fast you are and what not) The VA was mostly all new and Talis was a pretty decent person to have on your squad...

In a lot of ways I like the DA2 DLC more than the main campaign itself.
