I talked with Nadalin on the docks and got the message about removing the sirens

I can see Northern Coast on the map,but Northern Coast is grey and I can't arrive Northern Coast.

I try to use "console" move to Northern Coast,kill the fire salamanders,and tell Skipper the fire salamanders were all dead.

when I come back, i can't tell Nadalin the sirens were all dead and Nadalin don't come back to Northern Coast

who can help me?

I think you can access northern coast exiting the fields or woods f the dead from the north.
Concerning Nadalin not recognizing that you killed the salamanders, try my NT fixes (see signature)
