Hi,
I bought Arcanum from GOG.com today, it's always been one of those games i wanted to play but never got around to do.
I found the wonderful thread in this forum about all the fixes. The only problem is that i run a Win7 64 system and the .exe files wont run.
It says "you cant run a 32 bit program on a 64 bit system". This might sound like a easy problem but i cant get around it. I tried to run as admin but that didnt work.
Any help would be lovely
Thank you

I'm not really familiar with the support system for 32 bit .exe files in a 64 bit environment, so I can't help you there.

It should run, from what i have seen on the GOG forum it shouldnt be a problem. I got some tips from them but they didnt work:
- UAC off
- run as admin
- run in *compatable mode* all versions
- no anti-virus
really bugs me, since it would be nice to have the high res stuff. the patch worked, so thats a small comfort atleast.

Well it seem like all the links in the big thread is bugged. When i dl the files there pretty small (5kb).
When dl from http://terra-arcanum.com i get the correct HIGHRES links, they can be found here:
http://www.terra-arc...HQ_Townmaps.exe
http://www.terra-arc...HighRes1.1a.exe
The patch from http://www.shsforums...l-patch-extras/
still works but nothing else from the thread, all files are 5kb when downloading. Might be a good idé to update the thread with the right links
