I heard about this wonderful project just some days ago and i threw myself over my computer and started to read and install...or atleast try to install. Im on my 3e installation and i cant make heads or tails out of this anymore.
First off, i think i used an older version of BW (BiG_World_Setup.exe, couldnt find the version nr, but it was a big white window). I tried this installation 2 times, the first time i got stuck at the CD5/patch bugg, but i got past that after the second installation. However, i always ended up stuck at some part with the mods, where BW asked "do u want to discard these mods? you can, just press NO or CANCEL. I pressed NO to get past it but nothing happend, so i pressed Continue, and at this point the program just closed. "Ok, its done" i thought and tried to find the TobExLoader.exe file. I could only find a folder called TobEx and the exe file under this directory just gave me a small error window. And from what i understand, it should be clear .exe file under the SoA directory. 5h wasted
After this missfortune i started to look around your page and found the newest BW file and DL. Reinstalled BG1 and 2, saved and in copy/pasted CD5/Patch into BGII - SoA and then ran the .bat file.
Everything seemed to work ok, but then i got stuck right at the start with this error:
I have no clue what to do now, i have search your forums and i cant find anything about "echoBG2, cechoBaldur´s or echoTxtMusic".
I also installed the BGT-NPCSound-WeiDU v3 to see if that helped but it didnt.
I would be very greatful for any assistance, i feel like such a nuub
Im sorry if i missed to attach any debugg files or other, i dont really know what might be needed or where to find them. Any advice here would also be appriciated (if needed).
