Can anyone please tell me how to, or point me at a tutorial which will

1. Show me how to tweak a character's stats the same way I can do to my personal character when I select combat or stealth or magic, and then select the 7 skills.

2. Explain how to get a partner to do certain things with magic, for example create a healer which will keep a party on it's feet and heal an individual character when he is injured.

3. Provide me with an index explaining the spells, they are a bit confusing for someone like me who knows very little about programming and such like.
