I am currently working on an NPC/Quest Mod for BGT and am adding 3 new major areas and of course the more minor ones associated with them. The areas I am trying to add are a town around the size of Nashkel or Tradesmeet, and of course the various internal areas. I am also adding a Tower (5 levels medium sized) and a Dungeon (3 levels moderate size). My immediate problem is finding workable wall tiles for the tower and dungeon. If anyone can give me some advice on where I can gain these tiles, it would be a big help. Also any experienced Area modders that want to get more involved would be appreciated as well.

Here's a bunch of tiles. There are wall tiles in there.

Good luck, area editing/creation is one of the harder things in modding.
Her lips were red, her looks were free
Her locks were as yellow as gold
Her skin was white as leprosy.
The Nightmare Life-in-Death was she,
Who thicks man's blood with cold.

I already downloaded all of those and there were not much in the way of walls, a lot of great stuff though.

Here and here. You'll need to create your own walls - try dumping out the main areas for Baldur's Gate and cutting/copying/pasting/modifying the city walls.

Blackwyrmlair also used to have a number of tiles, including a wall set or two. Nothing enormous, but in any case the content seems to've disappeared or at least vanished behind the paywall (used to be somewhere around here).

The wallsets were stripped out of Arcanum and consequently had the wrong viewing angle compared to the BG series. Most of them could be cured by careful application of the Distort tool in PS but the odd few were just too complex.
